Due to its expansion, Right Decisions needs to hire a Project Manager for the CRM Department with experience in Commercial Systems: CRM, Marketing Automation, Dynamics, Salesforce, Adobe, etc.

• Project management: planning, coordination, and supervision.
• Understanding the needs of business areas to identify and specify technical solutions that support them.
• Management and monitoring of IT projects with business areas.
• Management of development and maintenance providers for the systems that support the areas under your responsibility.
• Direct reporting to the IT Commercial Systems Manager.

• University degree, preferably in engineering or IT.
• Solid technical background: Microsoft technologies (.NET, SQL Server, Azure Devops, etc.), web development (Java, REST API), and cloud computing.
• More than 5 years of experience in technical management of projects related to software development in technology or the implementation of IT solutions, both in consulting firms and IT departments.
• Experience with agile methodologies. Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) will be considered a plus.
• The candidate must have good communication and coordination skills, as they will be working with other IT functional managers (business partners), user areas, suppliers, and external IT support. Fluent English, both written and spoken.

• Salary: From €42,000 gross, depending on experience.
• Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week).
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
