Right Decisions, due to its expansion, is looking to hire an IT Business Partner for Finance and Human Resources for a client. This role will act as the strategic link between IT and the Finance and HR departments. The mission is to align business needs with technological solutions, ensuring the proper definition, execution, and adoption of IT initiatives, as well as the continuous improvement of processes and systems.
Your mission
- Act as the main point of contact between IT and the Finance and HR departments.
- Understand business objectives and needs and translate them into IT initiatives and projects.
- Ensure smooth and effective communication between business areas and IT teams.
- Contribute to the design, planning, and implementation of technological solutions aligned with business needs.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Validate the quality of solutions through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before business deployment.
- Identify and manage risks associated with IT projects and initiatives.
- Clearly communicate project progress, system changes, and timelines.
- Promote opportunities for improvement, innovation, and process optimization through the use of technology.
Requirements:
- Education
- University degree in IT-related or business-related fields.
- Experience
- At least 5 years of experience in technology projects for Finance and HR.
- Experience in drafting and closing requirements documents and FDDs.
- Knowledge
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Human Resources, or similar ERPs.
- Experience with ICIMS, Fourvision, Meta4, and Kyriba tools is a plus.
- Languages
- High level of English.
- Experience with agile methodologies. Certification (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.) is a plus.
- The candidate must have strong communication and coordination skills, as they will work with other IT functional leads (business partners), user departments, vendors, and external IT support teams.
Working Conditions:
- Salary: From €42,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
- Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours/week).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
