Job description

Due to the company's expansion, we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Specialist with a growth mindset and excellent communication skills to support our end client (a rapidly growing digital agency).

Duties
  • Represent our client in new business opportunities and manage their current client portfolio.

  • Sales: Develop high-level business proposals and lead strategic meetings to close deals with potential clients.

  • Full Funnel Management: Orchestrate the entire sales cycle, from lead capture, requirements gathering, and intelligent nurturing (powered by AI) to follow-up and final conversion.

  • Brand Voice & Content: Create engaging content for our clients' blogs, newsletters, and social media accounts.

  • Strategic Synergy: Working closely with our clients' Chief Performance Officers, aligning commercial efforts with Paid Ads and SEM strategies together with the Head of Performance.

  • Event Ownership: Lead our client's annual events from start to finish, managing the call for entries and logistics.

  • Ad-hoc Projects: Design and execute tactical initiatives to continuously optimize the end customer's marketing and sales machinery.

Qualifications
  • Education: Degree in Business, Marketing or similar.

  • Languages: English level C1 (able to hold fluent business conversations).

  • Tech-Savy: You master generative AI tools for quick proposals and intelligent CRM management so you don't miss out on opportunities.

  • Soft Skills: Strong persuasion skills, impeccable writing, and ironclad organization to manage events and leads simultaneously.

Professional Experience

Minimum 2 to 4 years selling digital services. Knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem will be valued.



Working conditions


  • Contract: Permanent

  • Remote work except for meetings with digital agencies or clients

  • FullTime (40 horas semanales). Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Salary range

From €28,000 gross per annum fixed + commissions, depending on experience.
