Job description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Technician to provide technical and compliance support. This position involves resolving technical issues, maintaining the security of the company's computers and servers, and ensuring compliance with privacy and data protection regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27701.

Duties
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's security strategy.

  • Enforce compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and mitigation of cybersecurity risks.

  • Enforce compliance with privacy and data protection regulations.

  • Conduct security audits, penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to identify weaknesses and ensure compliance.

  • Analyse security events, logs and network traffic to detect potential threats.

  • Execute incident response plans and cybersecurity training programmes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related field.

  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP or similar.

  • English level B2 or higher.

  • Knowledge of privacy and data protection regulations, such as RGPD and ISO 27701.

  • Knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPN and endpoint security solutions.

  • Knowledge of virtualisation environments.

  • Knowledge of scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).

  • Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure during security incidents.



Additional skills:


  • Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP or similar.

  • Experience in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

  • Knowledge of DevSecOps and secure software development practices.

Professional Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, preferably in security operations, risk management or security architecture.

  • Experience working with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, RGPD, etc.).

  • Knowledge of network security, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), VPN and endpoint security solutions.

  • Experience with SIEM, EDR, NDR and XDR technologies for advanced threat detection and response.

  • Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Zero Trust security models and vulnerability management.

  • Scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Ansible).

  • Problem solving and ability to work under pressure during security incidents.

Salary range

According to experience but starting from 34,000 €.
