Due to the expansion of the Company, RightDecisions is offering a position as a Process Consultant.
Duties
- Project management: planning, coordination and follow-up.
- Process methodology: AS-IS analysis of processes, TOBE definition with improvement proposals, roadmap definition and prioritization and support for improvement implementation.
- Team management: Internally (2/3 people in the team) and Coordination of the different business areas involved in the process optimization projects.
- Communication skills, leadership and proper coordination of meetings.
- Knowledge of RPA and Process Mining technology (at user level) as we use it as a lever to improve the organization's processes.
- Understand the needs of the business areas in order to identify and specify through the definition of business processes.
- Management and follow-up of the different projects in the area
- Internal reporting management
Qualifications
- University Studies
- Experience in project management platform.
- Experience in requirements definition
- The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills as he/she will work with other IT functional managers, user areas and vendors.
- Fluent English level. Minimum level B2 (Frist) or similar.
Professional Experience
More than 4 years of experience in technical and functional management of projects related to process definition both in consulting companies and IT departments.
Salary range
35.000-42.000€ depending on candidate's experience and profile
