Due to the expansion of the Company, RightDecisions is offering a position as a Process Consultant.

Duties
  • Project management: planning, coordination and follow-up.
  • Process methodology: AS-IS analysis of processes, TOBE definition with improvement proposals, roadmap definition and prioritization and support for improvement implementation.
  • Team management: Internally (2/3 people in the team) and Coordination of the different business areas involved in the process optimization projects.
  • Communication skills, leadership and proper coordination of meetings.
  • Knowledge of RPA and Process Mining technology (at user level) as we use it as a lever to improve the organization's processes.
  • Understand the needs of the business areas in order to identify and specify through the definition of business processes.
  • Management and follow-up of the different projects in the area
  • Internal reporting management
Qualifications
  • University Studies
  • Experience in project management platform.
  • Experience in requirements definition
  • The candidate will have good communication and coordination skills as he/she will work with other IT functional managers, user areas and vendors.
  • Fluent English level. Minimum level B2 (Frist) or similar.
Professional Experience

More than 4 years of experience in technical and functional management of projects related to process definition both in consulting companies and IT departments.

Salary range

35.000-42.000€ depending on candidate's experience and profile
