Internal purchase requests are made through Zendesk and are received and managed by the purchasing department.

Zendesk provides a centralized, flexible, easy-to-use and intuitive way to manage purchase requests, allowing the purchasing department to have the processes controlled and managed in an efficient way.

Rightdecisions was in charge of the configuration and customization of Zendesk to fit Mahou San Miguel's particular needs.
